• Submission of this Enrolment Form by the student will be taken as his/her acceptance of the terms and conditions enlisted below.
• Classes will be held online and link for the same will be shared before the class as per the scheduled time decided at the time of enrolment on mutual consent basis.
• While soft copy of the notes will be provided (wherever applicable), you are advised to make your own notes during the class to capture any relevant points.
• An acknowledgment letter (not certificate) in the form of pdf signed by Acharya Neeraj Dhankher will be provided to you after completing the entire duration of the course.
• Astro Zindagi reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any student due to any misconduct, misbehaviour or any other disciplinary issue found during the class timings or any other relevant ground. Student Enrolment cancelled due to above reasons shall not be entitled for any refund of the fee paid.
• All classes will be recorded. Some part of the classes or the entire class may be uploaded/reproduced/shared on Astro Zindagi's social media channels as and when required without any prior permission from the participants.
• Students must inform us in advance in case when he / she is unable to attend the classes at prefixed schedule to avoid any miscommunications.
• It is the responsibility of the student to inform the Astro Zindagi team of their inability to attend the class or being absent from the class. Astro Zindagi team will not maintain a record of the students present or absent during any class. Student should reach out to Astro Zindagi team for any help or clarification they need if they are absent.
• The online recording of classes will be made available to students till one month after the course has been completed. After one month, Astro Zindagi team will remove the videos from their database.
• There will be no refund of fee once paid, even in case the student comes to know that he or she can’t attend the class or don’t want to continue the same due to any reason. However, if the student informs us on or before 48 hours after payment of fee, then the refund shall be processed to him / her.
• The course in which enrolment has been done is non-transferable and cannot be adjusted to any other course or classes in future. In case, a student leaves an ongoing course mid-way and is desirous of continuing with that course in future, he or she will have to join the related course from the start itself.
• The class recordings and notes provided (wherever required) during or after the class is the sole property and copyright of Astro Zindagi and is shared for the exclusive use of the student who has been enrolled in the course. Any student found to be indulging in sale or further sharing of the notes/videos or any other malpractices or illegal activity is liable to face legal action and debarment from the batch. In addition, any form of rumour-mongering that can bring about a potential business or reputation impact to Astro Zindagi or its faculty will be liable to face prosecution under law.
• Astro Zindagi stands to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Disclaimer to be referred here and it will be deemed that the student/person has read the Disclaimer thoroughly and has agreed to abide by the contents envisaged in the said Disclaimer. Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any law, no refund shall be given for any product/service under any circumstances.
